Dear 4 Office Customers,

To whom it may concern, 4Office Automation Ltd. has been designated as an essential service by the government of Ontario and will remain operational into the foreseeable future as the country and the province continue to navigate this public health concern.

As we now know the COVID-19 health crisis may go on for longer than what was originally anticipated, therefore we want to assure you, our customers, that we will remain fully operational to continue providing services and support to your organization(s) while at the same time taking actions to protect you, your staff as well as our own staff members.

Below are some of the measures we have taken thus far to protect our employees, our customers and to adhere to best practices:

A. Firstly, our administrative, internal service, and sales staff are now working remotely from home and will continue to answer your calls for service, supplies, and all other matters as usual.

B. Our warehouse and shop personnel are now working in isolation from other employees and direct interaction with customers has been eliminated.

C. Supply orders will be fulfilled via courier as usual, however we are not currently allowing customer pickups from our facilities, again in order to minimize exposure risk.

D. Every member of each of our 6 service teams across the province are now working in isolation from one another and have been issued supplies of gloves and disinfectant wipes. Our service technicians have been instructed to wear gloves when visiting your facility, to disinfect any device that they are dispatched to service, and to follow physical / social distancing and best practices at all times.

As we continue to work through this difficult period, we are committed to our support of you, our valued customers, and to the health and wellbeing of our employees and our customer’s employees.
